At COBI, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your purchase isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect fit or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all COBI designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
